This page contains the information required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE): who is behind this website and under what terms it may be used.
1. Site owner
Site development and maintenance: Abraham Haddioui Lastras (auxdesign.nl), Arnhem, the Netherlands. The developer takes no part in booking the artistic services and is not liable for them.
2. Purpose
This site presents the artistic and technical work of ISMAJAKI. It exists to show the services, display the work and make contact easy. It is not a shop: nothing is sold here, no payment is taken, there is no basket and no payment gateway, and no contracts are concluded through it.
Every booking is agreed individually over WhatsApp or the contact channels listed, with its own quote and its own terms.
3. Terms of use
By browsing this site you undertake to:
- Use it lawfully and without harming its operation.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas or the systems hosting it.
- Not reproduce, copy or distribute its content without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, posters, logo, videos and photographs on this site belong to the owner or are used with permission. The name ISMAJAKI, the wire-heart logo and the motto Sound is Power are distinctive signs of the owner.
Third-party trade marks mentioned here — audio manufacturers, social networks and the like — belong to their respective owners. They are cited for information only, with no implied sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
5. Liability
The information is provided in good faith and reviewed regularly, but may contain errors or become out of date. In particular:
- Date availability is only confirmed in writing after contact.
- Equipment specifications are indicative and may vary by event.
- Prices are set case by case; no rates are published on this site.
No liability is accepted for damage arising from service interruptions, nor for the content of external sites linked here (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and others), which are governed by their own terms.
6. Third-party links
This site links to social media profiles and third-party pages. Those links are offered for reference. Their content and privacy policies are outside our control.
7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer legislation establishes another jurisdiction.
8. Changes
This notice may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to legislation. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
