Privacy policy
The short version.
This site uses no first-party cookies, analytics or advertising. The catalogue is selected by approximate country and language. If you write on WhatsApp, the information you provide is used to reply and organise your event.

While browsing the site
The site uses no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. Your browser stores your language, dismissal of the notice and, if you use CABINA or the demos, the data you enter in those tools. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.
To select the catalogue, the server looks up the approximate country of your IP address in a local DB-IP database, together with the requested language. This lookup does not send your IP to DB-IP or create an additional lookup log. The hosting provider may retain technical access logs. If the country cannot be determined, the general edition without prices is offered.
Audio loaded in the visual viewer is analysed in your tab and is not uploaded to the server.
When you write on WhatsApp
When you get in touch about a date, the data you provide is processed:
- Name and phone number.
- Date, place and type of event.
- Approximate number of guests and musical preferences.
- Anything else you include in your messages.
No special category data is requested (health, political opinion, religion or sexual orientation). Please do not include any in your messages.
3. Purpose and legal basis
No marketing messages or newsletters are sent. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.
4. Retention
- Enquiries without a booking: up to one year from the last message.
- Booked events: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the legal periods applicable to tax and liability.
- Language in the browser: until you delete it.
5. Who else sees your data
It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Only these services are involved, each with its own policy:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland). The contact channel. Messages pass through their infrastructure and are governed by their terms.
- No external service is triggered by visiting. The typefaces and the visual-engine libraries have been hosted on
ismajaki.comsince 3 September 2026. Until that date the fonts came from Google and your IP address reached Google when the page opened; that connection has been removed. - Hosting provider. Keeps technical server logs (IP address and requests) for security and to run the service.
The Instagram and TikTok links load nothing until you click them. Once you do, you leave this site and their policies apply.
6. International transfers
Some of the services above may process data outside the European Economic Area, covered by adequacy decisions or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
To do so, write to +34 619 53 81 55 or to the address above, identifying yourself. You will receive a reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are applied to protect the information: limited access to the devices where event data is kept, and encrypted transmission of the website. No system is infallible, and that is stated honestly.
9. Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data about them.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last revision appears at the top.
